The B0325B-III, 32 mm, 5-axis Swiss Type Lathe is the basic building block for the 32 mm Swiss turn category in the B0 family. But even this basic model comes loaded with high end performance features. A 4-Spindle Cross Rotary Tool is standard on the front tool post and a deep hole drill holder (up to 140 mm length) is standard next to the sub spindle.

The B0325B-III includes Tsugami’s gang type tool post, rigid cast iron frame and 8,000 rpm main spindle speed. This CNC automatic lathe offers 27 tool positions in standard configuration. The tool zone makes it easy to change rotary tools, ID holders and turning holders.

The Tsugami B0325B-III is chucker CONVERTIBLE and may be run as a traditional sliding headstock Swiss Type Lathe using the guide bushing or run without the guide bushing with the addition of an included chucker kit. When run as a chucker the lathe can use drawn bar stock instead of centerless ground stock, dramatically reducing remnant size and increasing shop flexibility.
